Once you have placed an order with KAISERIN, we will send you your tracking info via email. Note that this can take up to two days.
Still have not received your tracking info?

- Still can not find it? Do not worry, just contact our customer service team and they will investigate.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Try your item(s) over underwear.
Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, we can unfortunately not offer you a refund or return.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All the hygienic stickers must still be attached, KAISERIN tags and garment bags.
Item(s) must be deodorant, makeup and fake tan/oil-free.
Please note, KAISERIN in not responsible for any shipping costs related to returns and exchanges of purchase, or any loss of purchase during shipping.
Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund your original payment method with the initial purchase amount. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.
