Return Policy
At Kaiserin, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. You have the right to return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging
- With all hangtags and hygiene patches intact
Swimwear must always be tried on over clean underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear, stains, or are returned in a condition that makes them unsellable.
Swedish Orders
For orders within Sweden (PostNord), please register your return here. Once registered, you will receive a return label via email.
When dropping off your return, you will receive a receipt. Please keep this until your return has been processed.
A return fee of 45 SEK will be deducted from your refund.
International Orders
For orders within Sweden (PostNord), please register your return here. Once registered, you will receive a return label via email.
Please keep your drop-off receipt until your return has been confirmed.
A €9 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, you can register an exchange via our return portal.
If you would like to switch to a different style, we kindly ask that you place a new order.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Refunds are typically processed within 7 days
- In exceptional cases, it may take up to 30 days, in accordance with Swedish law
- For Klarna purchases, your invoice will be updated accordingly
If the return does not meet the conditions above, no refund will be issued and the item will be returned to the customer. If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved, Kaiserin AB will follow ARN's decision (Allmänna reklamationsnämden).
Uncollected Packages
Kaiserin reserves the right to charge a fee for uncollected shipments.
The current fee (200 SEK) covers return shipping, handling, and administrative costs.

Finding Your Size
We recommend choosing your usual size. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for more coverage in bikini tops, bottoms, and swimsuits.
