Return Policy

At Kaiserin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, you have the right to return or exchange your product within 14 days of receiving it, regardless of the reason. Please enclose the return note with your package, stating your reason accordingly, and kindly return the unused product in its original Kaiserin packaging, with all hangtags and gusset hygiene patches still in place.

Please wear clean underwear when trying on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns showing any signs of wear.


Swedish Orders
For orders within Sweden shipped with Postnord, please email us at info@kaiserin.se, and we will provide you with the return label. Upon handing in your return to your postal agent, you will receive a delivery receipt. Please keep that receipt until you receive a return confirmation from us.

The customer will be charged a return fee of 45 SEK, which will be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).

International Orders
For international orders, packages do not come with a return label, and the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipping process, including the cost. Upon handing in your return to your postal agent, you will receive a delivery receipt. Please keep that receipt until you receive a return confirmation from us.

EXCHANGES
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Please inspect your order upon reception, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and confirm if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method. 

Please note that refunds may take up to two weeks to be processed, and in exceptional cases, it may take up to 30 days which is the maximum time required by Swedish law. If you've chosen Klarna invoice, adjustments or refunds will be made accordingly.

If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved, Kaiserin AB will follow ARN's decision (Allmänna reklamationsnämden).




Uncollected Packages
We reserve the right to charge the customer a fee for packages that are not collected from the postal office. The fee (currently SEK 200) refers to the cost of return shipping, handling fee, and handling cost. The package remains for 7 days from the day of arrival at the Swedish postal service PostNord. For international orders with different postal services, please check your local regulations. For questions about your package, contact our customer service, and we will assist you further.
