We want you to be happy with your purchase. You have the right to return your product, regardless of your reason, within 14 days from receiving the product. If you're ordering from Sweden and want to return your items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with your return label.
Please enclose the return note with your package stating your order number, name, contact information, product information and reson for the return. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Normally it takes about two weeks after you have sent your return to us before receiving any reimbursement.
To be eligible for a return your products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. It's important that all returned products be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.
According to the Swedish Consumer Agency; goods that are sealed for health and hygiene reasons, such as underwear where the seal has been broken by the consumer, do not apply the right of withdrawal.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Returns that do not meet our return policy will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
